My teaching philosophy centers on creating a structured, supportive environment where students grow in ways that are fulfilling. I will set clear expectations to provide helpful structure, consistently celebrate accomplishments to sustain motivation, and deliver feedback that is constructive and encouraging. While my long-term goals—mastery, critical thinking, and confidence—remain consistent, I tailor short-term objectives and specific, achievable exercises to each student’s strengths and needs so they are empowered regardless of background, ability, or identity. Ultimately, I aim to prepare students for lives beyond the stage by modeling empathy, structure, civic engagement, and lifelong learning
